This photo is 5 years old so nothing quite like them out there right now. In Oregon and Washington similar large lanterns can be found at Fred Meyer. In CA I did see some big lanterns 2 years ago at Albertsons. Lowe's and Home Depot usually have smaller versions. Try an image search for "Terracotta pumpkin"
