Its my chance to usually dress in 1880s fashion. Seriously lacking in period costume events in my area. Steamcon is a lot of fun and its a DIY crowd. Great props and costumes. Eat good food, dress up fancy, attend amazing historical/DIY/Paranormal panels, go to dances and concerts, and stay in a nice hotel. :0 )
