The wreath doesn't appeal to me but making duct tape or Gorilla tape roses sounds like fun. You can find a materials list and How To video at Lowe's.

Yeah, the roses could be cool. I think the wreath is just a little skinny and scrappy. The roses could look neat on a fuller wreath. I can imagine them with some red ribbons or tulle. I'm starting to think that anything can be made with duct tape!
