Only one of the Fred Meyer stores had these blow mold figures. Sadly, none of them were plugged in.
Growing up with the plastic lights it was nice to see something new. In the 70s we had the black and orange beauties like this collection.
This collection was at the Vince Wood Farms pumpkin patch.

In our usual fashion we logged onto your blog August 1st anxiously anticipating the Halloween season. As avid Halloween collectors, we so enjoyed your sharing of the many sources & displays, etc. related to our shared obsession, especially your fabulous design expertise! When checking your blog August 1st, we discovered you had relocated to Salem. This is especially fortuitous as we are in Woodburn, off I5, exit 271. We do want to mention that we have been passing out your blog to anyone & everyone when we are Halloween shopping or to complete strangers when Halloween comes up. Nice to meet you! What a lovely comment. We have just moved around Salem! Started the Halloween business in NE, sold the business, and moved West to an inherited house, and now we are in South Salem. I never know how many people are still reading along. Not as many clicks these days according to Blogger.
