Back from my second home

It was a crazy week in California for USITT a theater conference. The pre-conference classes were at Disneyland. I spent an entire day behind the scenes at Disney with costumers. Toured the storage facilities and went off property to see the fabric printing shop. Yep, Disney is now custom printing costume fabrics for the park. A panel on how they light up costumes for electric light parade at Disneyworld was awesome. Touched the yeti fur that was off the figure on the matterhorn. Its closed for renovations and the animatronics costumer thought we would like to see the yeti in person. We only had 8 hours in Disneyland during a very crowded spring break week. We did thankfully make it through the haunted mansion 3 times.
