Michaels this year has bags of mesh tubing or tubular crinoline. 2 different color bags. 35 yards of 6mm tubing. My bag has black, white, orange, purple, and lime. Running little lights through the tubes creates a diffused light. Its handy for hiding cords on light strings running in to lanterns.
Ethafoam rope threaded in to the crin makes great snakes for a Medusa headdress. Ethafoam is soft so it works well for dancers. Be warned if working on craft projects that cats love this stuff!
